Growing up in Los Angeles, I loved going to hear the Los Angeles Philharmonic play. My first memory of it was at their free Summer Music Festival at the Hollywood Bowl. My best friend from High School and I sat in box seats for eight hours. We were mesmerized by the spectacle, which left a lasting impression on me.
